Presumbably they will have enough supplies to ensure the roads will be adequately gritted throughout the winter? The provision of public liability insurance is interesting on two counts 1. Firstly, if it is the Council's own public liability insurance then where is the insurable interest between the Council and the Academy? 2. Secondly, if not the Council's own policy have Barnet Council received authorisation from FSA to sell insurance to the Academy?
